You can send
your files using e-mail:
Zip your data into a single file for upload.
Here's What We Need:
Gerber
files.
We prefer the 274x format because of the embedded
apertures. If you send 274D, make sure you include
the aperture list as a text file.
Board
Outline.
Make sure you have drawn an accurate board outline around your
design, including cutouts and slots. It is much faster for us
to create a mill file from this board outline. We can import the
outline from your fab drawing if it is Gerber or DXF. If we must
re-create the outline from some other format or paper, you may
incur delays and edit charges.
Excellon
drill file.
Needs to be ASCII format. If you can read it with a text
editor, it's OK.
Fabrication
Drawing.
Gerber or DXF is OK.
Fabrication drawing should have board dimensions
referenced to a datum point (such as a mounting hole).
Cut outs and slots should be dimensioned. If there are
no dimensions, we will route along the center of the
board outline.
Information
file.
This text file should include your name and telephone
number so we can contact you if we have questions.
Also include any descriptive information not found on
the fab drawing.
